In our restaurant, we combine regional cuisine, sustainable ingredients, and true craftsmanship. In keeping with the Slow Food motto “good. clean. fair.,” we place special emphasis on seasonal products, short supply chains, and authentic culinary enjoyment. We source most of our ingredients from regional producers and suppliers in the surrounding area.

Restaurant Hours
Our restaurant is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
We serve hot meals for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and for dinner from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
In the afternoon, we offer a limited menu featuring both cold and hot dishes.
Our extensive and varied daily menu also features a selection of soups, appetizers, a wide variety of main courses, and desserts that changes daily.
Our Breakfast Buffet
Start your day off right with our varied breakfast buffet in the winter garden. Our daily breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires: fresh rolls, aromatic coffee, a wide selection of cereals and jams, regional sausage and cheese specialties, fresh fruit salad, Bircher muesli, scrambled eggs, and much more.
Our extensive breakfast buffet is available for 18€ per person. Reservations are requested!

At our Kaiserbeck Bar, historic 16th-century walls meet modern design. The Kaiserbeck House, a listed historic building, has been part of the Hotel Fuchsbräu since 2011, and its special ambiance makes it the ideal place for enjoyable moments and convivial evenings.

- Volpini 1 – A 60 m² conference room with a rooftop terrace and a view of Beilngries’s old town, accommodating up to 24 people.
- Volpini 2 – A historic conference room for smaller conferences, meetings, or group work.
- Volpini 3 – A historic conference room (50 m²) in the Kaiserbeck building, a listed historic landmark, accommodating up to 35 people.
- Volpini 4 – A historic, light-filled conference room (53 m²) with a large solid-wood table and block seating for up to 14 people.
- Altmühl & Donau – Two identically equipped, renovated conference rooms, each measuring 115 m²; the Altmühl room is wheelchair accessible.
- Garden 1 – An 80 m² conference room with direct access to the educational garden and break pavilion.
- Garden 2 – A 40 m² room for 14 to 20 people, ideal as a group room when combined with Garden 1.
- Historic Hall – A 110 m² event space with a historic wooden beam ceiling, centrally located in the main building.
- Haus des Gastes – A historic event venue located directly across the street, featuring renovated rooms ranging from 70 to 200 m² for events with up to 200 people.
