Good, clean, fair!’ – true to the motto of slow food, we pay close attention to natural, high quality food production, seasonally available ingredients and as few additives as possible. With a listing in the slow food restaurant guide, we source our ingredients from regional producers and suppliers as well as attaching value to regional cuisine. A quick glance at our menu will give you an idea of what fields, woods, rivers and pastures have to offer as seasons change. Take for example, the ‘Juradistl’ pasture beef from Neumarkt in Upper Palatinate, pork from straw-bedded pigs from Berching, trout from Biberbach, char and carp or Demeter-certified vegetables used in our wide selection of vegetarian dishes.

Our culinary specialities are our calling card. Not only hotel guests, but anyone who appreciates good, sustainable and regional cuisine in a stylish setting is welcome. Choose from our main restaurant which includes the ‘Fuchs’n Stub‘n’ room, fireplace room and conservatory or alternatively take a seat under the splendid oak tree in the beer garden or simply retreat to our Kaiserbeck bar where you can relax. You will find our attentive staff members are happy to serve carefully prepared meals for you to enjoy, wherever you prefer to be.

You can order hot meals daily from 11.30 a.m. to 1.45 p.m.
as well as in the evenings from 6 p.m. to 9.30 p.m.

In the afternoons we offer a shorter menu with cold and hot food.
